Q. What is the recommended pick up time, per a given departure time?

Your pick up time should be set factoring in transit time and arriving at the Pensacola Airport prior to an hour of departure. We recommended adding an additional 30 minutes.  

Q. How do I pay for the shuttle services?

We prefer to accept payment at the end of the trip for most trips – cash or charge. For pickups going to the airport and in excess of 30 miles, you may be required to pay in advance. If you prefer to pay in advance, notify us and you will send an invoice via email and to be paid online.

Q. How do we find your shuttle service after landing at the Pensacola Airport?

Our driver will be waiting for you just behind the Taxies in front of the baggage terminal.

Q. How do we find your shuttle services after landing at the Mobile or Destin Airport?

We will send a text message to the phone number you have provided us. We will text you the exact vehicle location.

Q. What airport should I fly in if vacationing in Pensacola Beach, Navarre, Gulf Shores or Orange Beach?

If you need to book a Commercial flight to our area, try Pensacola International Airport.

Q. How much notice do you require?

We prefer 24 hours’ notice or earlier. Call or Text 850-213-6344 to check last-minute availability! If possible, please provide at least 6 hours’ notice for the same day time and 12 hours’ notice for early morning to give us enough time to arrange a driver and routing. We are unable to accept walk-up reservations- all trips must be prearranged either online or by phone.

Q. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash and all major credit/Debit card

Q. What if my flight is delayed? Will you wait for me?

Our drivers and dispatchers constantly monitor flight times. Please provide your flight number when booking your reservation with us, we will meet you when your flight arrives even if it is delayed.

Q Should I tip my driver?

A. Sure, you can.

Q.I’m travelling with small children. Do you have space for their car seats?

A. Yes, we do. We can provide a booster seat, infant seat, or car seat for your ride at no additional charge, as long as you notify us of your needs at least 12 hours in advance.

Q.Do you charge per person or per trip.

A. We charged per vehicle per trip. Our vehicle accommodates up to 6 guests. If you have more than six guests then we assign two or more vehicle and charged accordingly

Q. Is your vehicle are smoke free.

A. Yes, All our vehicle are smoke –free.

Q. Can I make a reservation directly with a driver?

A. No. Please make all reservations directly with the company.
