Cancellation Policy

When you book your ride, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients.  In order to be respectful of other clients, please call  us  24 hours ahead to cancelled the reservation. Any reservations that are cancelled 2hrs before pickup time will be charged a $20 .00 cancellation fee.Unless cancellation is the result of an airline cancellation or delay.
